Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy 

When you make an appointment or book a training course with HUSH you are accepting to adhere to our policies. Students will be required to pay a £100 non refundable booking fee on time of booking which will be taken off your course price. Full payment for any courses will be required at least 14 days before course date.

Should you need to cancel an appointment  at HUSH we will require at least 72 hours notice any cancellations within this time will be charged 50% of booking price and any cancellations with 24 hours or less/ no shows/ lateness of over 15 minutes .... will be require the treatment cost to be paid in FULL ,which must be paid before an alternative appointment / course can be made. Should a client persistently cancel or alter appointments full payment will be required in advance at time of booking.

Should a student cancel a course with less than 48 hours notice or turns up later 15 minutes after the course start time you will loose the course costs.

Should you be late for your appointment call HUSH on 07710640030 - Depending on the length of your treatment and how late you are your appointment may need to be cancelled, should this happen you will still be required to pay 100% of the treatment cost. 

Terms & Conditions 

Due to the high quality of products used here at HUSH, Chloé will not infill other lash technicians work. A removal and a full set would be required. 

Before any Brow or Lash tinting or Perming/lamination  treatment a patch test is required  for your first appointment or if it has been over 12 months since your last appointment. This must be done either 24 or 48 hours prior to your appointment depending on which patch test you require. 

Due to the manufactures guidelines of the lash glue used here at HUSH we are not required to preform patch tests. The reasoning behind this is that it is unlikely to be able to determine if a reaction to the glue will take place unless a full set is applied. In the case of a reaction to the glue you will be required to pay £15 to remove the lashes and will not be eligible for a refund. 

Please remove all eye make-up prior to any lash appointment. Failure to do this will eat into your appointment time, which will result in less time being spent on your lashes.

A consultation form will be required to fill out before your treatment if its your first time or if your medical circumstances changed.
